Service Description

Receive personalized psychosocial recovery coaching in the comfort of your own home. Our experienced coaches will provide strategies and support tailored to your mental health journey, focusing on empowerment and resilience. Psychosocial recovery coaching is a specialised support coordinator providing you with one-on-one support to build up your current supports via allied or community options. This service is for those who already have an NDIS plan in place. This in home session includes 30km travel within the Melton and Hume shires. Further travel can be arranged via enquiry.
