Refund Policy

Cancellation will be accepted 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the appointment unless extenuating circumstances can be considered.

Extenuating circumstances will be solely the decision of Vade Mecum Therapy and no corrospondance will be entered into regarding their final decision.
