This free session is to chat to a therapist and see if we can make a plan to assist you in your journey. We know finding the right fit is very important. Building a relationship shouldn’t be expected to be paid for and here are Vade Mecum Therapy we have made this special appointment slot so you can be sure you are making the right decision for your wellbeing and peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will be accepted 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the appointment unless extenuating circumstances can be considered.
